Refund Policy
How payment is structured, what the Alignment Assurance covers, and how early termination works.
Payment Structure
- Clarity Breakthrough: full investment due at the time of enrollment.
- Clarity Formation: full investment due at enrollment, or split into two installments — the first at enrollment, the second at the 45-day mark.
- Clarity Momentum: full monthly investment due at the start of each billing cycle.
- Payment can be made by check, bank transfer, or another method agreed upon in writing. Instructions are provided at enrollment.
Outstanding Balances
- A balance outstanding more than 7 days past due incurs a service charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid amount, and sessions may be paused until the account is current.
- A balance outstanding more than 30 days may result in services being suspended and, if necessary, referred for collection. The family is responsible for any reasonable costs of collecting an unpaid balance.
Alignment Assurance
We believe the right fit matters more than any transaction.
- Clarity Breakthrough: if the first two sessions don’t feel like the right fit, we’ll help you find what does, and your investment is returned in full.
- Clarity Formation: the same assurance applies through the first three sessions.
- This applies to the initial enrollment period only. To request it, notify us in writing before the fourth scheduled session. Approved refunds are returned within 14 business days.
Early Termination
- Either party may end the agreement at any time with written notice.
- Clarity Formation: if your family discontinues after the Alignment Assurance window, completed sessions are calculated at their proportional program value, and a partial credit may be issued at our discretion for unused sessions, less any outstanding balance or applicable fees. This only applies before the third week (before the 7th session) — after that point it’s non-refundable, and no credit is issued for forfeited sessions.
- Clarity Breakthrough and Clarity Momentum: the Alignment Assurance above is the guarantee that applies. Beyond that window, ending the agreement stops future sessions and billing, but doesn’t carry a separate partial-credit provision.
- We may also end the coaching relationship if, in our professional judgment, it’s no longer serving your student well, or the terms of the agreement aren’t being upheld — in that case, a proportional credit for unused sessions is issued.
Cancellation Fees
Late-cancellation and no-show fees are covered on our Terms of Service page, along with emergency exceptions and weather-related rescheduling.
Policy Updates
We may update this page at any time, and will give notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your signed Service Agreement itself can only be modified in writing, signed by both parties.
