Billing & Overage

Billing is monthly or per session (clients' choice).

Packages are billed on the 1st of each month.

Additional sessions beyond your package are billed at $60/hr at month’s end.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Free Reschedule: Up to 24 hours before your session.

Late Cancellation: Under 24 hours — 50% of session fee.

No‑Show: 100% of session fee (unless emergency; see below).
Online

Emergency Exceptions

Emergencies (serious illness, family crisis) can waive fees—please notify us ASAP; documentation may be required.
Technical Issues (Online Only)

Our Issues: We’ll reschedule any session disrupted by our platform failure at no extra charge.

Your Issues: Internet or device failures on your end count as a late cancel/no‑show unless reported within 5 minutes of start.

Clarity Academics may update these policies; we’ll notify you 14 days before changes take effect.

Not satisfied after your first session? Request a full refund within 48 hours—no questions asked.

Unused Clarity+ sessions roll over indefinitely—no expiration.

Request an 80% refund on unused sessions at any time.
Membership Pause Policy

Up to six weeks of pause per calendar year with 7 days’ written notice.

Billing is suspended; unused and future sessions (including roll‑overs) remain credited.

Membership and billing resume automatically when the pause ends.
